Freeze has two choices. It is pretty simple actually. He will go the Cutcliff route and have blind loyalty to underperforming assistants. This rout will immediately start the clock on his eventual firing. Option two, which I hope he isn't too stubborn to take. He will make the appropriate changes to personnel at the end of the year and push us to the next level. We will see if he is stubborn or practical.
