I thought we had it put away a couple times and they wouldn't go away. That's a credit to them. We can improve from this. There were so many things we could have done better tonight. We can play better than tonight. They ran 100 plays and they wore us out. I wanted to go tempo every time but we needed a break. There was a lot of growing up tonight. Maturity showed. We're excited and we need to look at what we did poorly and get better.
Chad has some kind of it factor. He can make plays. He proved that tonight. He's a gamer.
The turnovers were huge. For us to win the turnover battle like that, I thought that and explosive plays would decide.
All I can say to that tip play is to God be the glory. I told Chad he better pray hard and thank God and we better not do that again.
We found a little left on defense for that last turnover. You can only bring 70 guys on the road and home team can dress 15 more. This was our first time on the road and we were drained. We need to see if we need to evaluate differently.
