He's the third longest tenured WR coach in the SEC. WR has easily been our most consistent offensive position group since Freeze arrived, and it is in tremendous shape for the future. I'm not sure about his recruiting ability, but he definitely needs to be compensated. I certainly wouldn't want an alum leaving for a competitor because we weren't paying him enough.
