What I laws I would propose if running for office:
People should have the right to have guns- end of story.
Death penalty should be mandated for possession of illegal guns - why would you have an illegal gun if not to harm someone?
2 week waiting period for all gun purchases
Guns considered illegal if a permit for that specific weapon is not obtained in the state where being used- even if traveling to hunt.
Mass shootings - can't find the article on this but read where these should be defined as anytime 3 or more people are fired upon... Using this definition clearly identifies legal gun owners are not the prevailing problem with "mass shootings"
