I purchased a parking pass for the Liberty game this year. Last week, I received a parking pass for the lsu game instead. I know the lsu game is more valuable but that does not help me. When I finally get a real person at ticketcity, they have told me they would have my ticket sent , this has happened twice so far and not ticket. I'm wondering who actually made the mistake, the seller or ticketcity. Any ideas would be appreciated.
