Kiffin has been a bust as a HC everywhere he has been. He is a talented individual but a thug at heart. If he ever grows up and stops being a thug he may be a good HC. He blew it himself....not someone else he blew it as HC at two of the best jobs in college football...USC and Tenn and he blew it in the Pros. He is where he needs to be coaching at a small college. Maybe he can get where he can control his Massive Ego and realize the world is not all about him.
