@Chase Parham mentioned it on today’s pod. It did come out of committee earlier this week, but with a caveat-the committee voted to propose a “strike-all” amendment, which if accepted by the full Senate effectively deletes all language in the bill that would make mobile sports wagering legal.
So while it is progressing, it’s not yet a sure thing to pass into law.
