Help with Grove group event

I live in Portland but have a lot of customers around the country who want to visit the Grove. Does anyone have experience hosting a large group (50 people) for a game? I know there is the Grove Experience you can use, but I also know there are other companies that provide the service. I want extensive food and alcohol catering and also need tickets. Any advice on who to contact?
