My lady pointed this out to me and I was like "oh duh"
If the administration wanted to do something clandestine like have a "hot girl" tweet at recruits and direct message them, they would have certainly been smart enough to have just used an ACTUAL girl's twitter account. They would have just worked out an arrangement with a real Ole Miss fan to use her already active and real account to do the work. She suggested that they could have just used a cute girl working in student media and the arrangement could have been like "give us access to use your account for these things and we'll boost your followers significantly, so it's a win-win."
So there. If they had wanted to do what Roseblow and others are suggesting, they would have just used a real person's account instead of making up a person and stealing someone else's pictures. That's just too risky.
