0-1 net carb bread, rolls, tortillas. I’m a big fan. A little surprised at the price tag, had to order it online, couldn’t fine it local but it came quick. Freshest bread I’ve probably ever had that wasn’t homemade. It tastes way better than any other keto bread I’ve had, I was really surprised by the rolls which to me taste like normal yeast rolls.
I’m out of ketone strips, waiting on some more to come, so I haven’t been able to test my body after eating it but I’ve continued losing weight this week so I’m optimistic it’s legitimate. I’ve read that the resistant wheat starch works differently for people in whether it knocks people out of ketosis or not.
Game changer for me if it is and it seems to be after eating it for a week.
