Memo to Les: You can't run on Alabama. No one can. The 1962 Cleveland Browns couldn't do it. How in the world does he think he can beat Bama this year? The only way to beat Bama is with a very good passing game. I don't see where he's changed one thing in his offense. Third and one, Fournette up the middle. Fourth and one, Fournette up the middle. Fournette may well be worn out by that game anyway. He may say, "What's the use" and pack it in and save his body.
lsu can still have a good season, but miles must find a serviceable guarterback.
Have to disagree lane LSU, as long as Les is the coach, will do less with more any team in the country. Nothing has changed offensively in about 4 years. I hope LSU s a run at Gary Patterson or Tom Hermann.
This reminds me of another LSU coach from quite a few years ago. It was basketball, mind you, but the sentiment seems the same and this isn't a slam on LSU but on the pretensions of the pundits. I believe it was Shaq's final year and all of the pundits were saying that the LSU team that year had so much talent that even Dale Brown couldn't screw it up. Guess what...Brown managed to screw it up!
