I, for one, am hopeful that we can put all this petty bullshit aside. Neither one is good for 2024 and I don’t think that the events of yesterday are good for either party. The sad reality is that both parties seek vengeance more than results and, while I do not believe either party has a great man to lead us, I do believe a great person can emerge and take us away from such disparate, hateful, and partisan politics. It will require a complete re-calibration of both parties. A requirement that will not be immediate and might stretch beyond my lifetime. Just my thoughts
