1. I am extremely happy to see the growth the past 3 days. I am not sure people understand how big it is.
2. The growth in membership will encourage the larger donors to give more. The reason is because Ole Miss , like most other schools, 20 % of the donors give 80 % of the money. When they see every fan pitching in and realize they don’t have to tote the note by themselves I expect they will give even more.
3. Crowdfunding gives you a guaranteed amount of monthly income to work with when structuring these deals.
4. The technology is not perfect, but they are going to get it fixed. Don’t let that deter you.
5. The coaching staff has a plan that has taken thousands of hours to create and it will be successful. They understand that we will never have NIL that Texas A&M does, and they are ok with that. They have built a plan to work around that, but we do have to have a certain amount to get in the game.
If we can get 5000 members at an average of $100 a month that’s 6 million dollars.
NIL will probably eventually be capped and guys like John Ruiz will stop giving as much to it as he is now because of lack of ROI. The groups that will be left standing will be the collectives who have a strong crowdfunding base and a group of larger donors that can fill the gap. We are well on our way.
