I took my daughter over to the University of Alabama this weekend. She will be a freshman this year. She is a dance major, which the state of Tennessee does not offer. I did not think I could pay the out of state tuition (we live in Memphis), but due to a common market program for fifteen southern states, she will get to pay in-state tuition.
