Both of his two TDs yesterday were things of beauty. Obviously, the one handed grab was special, but so was the timing on the throw to the flag. Kelly hit him perfectly in a way that Treadwell brought down a foot in bounds without breaking stride.
There were some rumblings, at least on the board, about him being unhappy with his role to date. Specifically it seemed to revolve around him not being allowed to compete for 'jump balls.' If he was unhappy, I surely felt his pain when our first three plays inside their 10 were runs stuffed by winless NEW MEXICO STATE! I think a lot of us would also liked to have seen the playcallers bet on Treadwell. IMO, we gotta change our approach or it could be an uncomfortable last half of the season.
Edited to correct my error in forgetting his TD grab against Bama.
