Kincade is a great athlete. He will not play quarterback as a starter for UM. Anecdotal evidence: After we took a penalty for too much time, Freeze brought him to the sideline so Freeze and Bo could point out the play clock location... I'm sure he is a great kid, but this small bit of evidence suggests that the rumors that he can't handle the playbook and read defenses may be true.
