For those of you who have experience, I'd like a little advice. My son lives in Collierville, TN and sometimes drives my car that is registered in MS into Collierville. Last weekend he got a ticket for driving with no headlights on. It was an accident as he isn't used to driving my car (he has older SUV) and accidentally turned off while searching for the windshield wipers. The street that he was driving on is very well lit and I can understand how it happened. The officer wrote down the wrong information as he wrote my license plate number down and then put it was registered in TN (which is wrong since it is registered in MS). I normally wouldn't try to fight it but all of the 16 year olds there seem to be getting targeted for tickets that aren't even speeding. Would it be worth the risk to go to court and fight it?
