I'll go first since I proposed the questions.
1) At what record would you as a fan desire a major overhaul in assistant coaches?
Anything less than 8-4 requires a major shakeup in assistant coaches, IMO. It's my opinion there needs to be a moderate shakeup at 8-4 and a minimal shakeup at 9-3. I define moderate as more than 40% of the staff. I define minimal as 1-2 spots open. If we win out, I highly doubt anyone is losing their job.
2) Would you rather keep Dan Werner as OC and have a high probability of getting Shea Patterson, or would you rather roll the dice and overhaul that position and take the risk Patterson looks around?
I think it goes back to Freeze's instincts. It's his ship. If he thinks the value of Shea Patterson for three years is worth keeping what essentially appears to be a yes man on staff, then he should probably keep Werner. If he thinks the offensive output won't change regardless of talent without some help on offensive gameplan and philosophy, then he needs to roll the dice.
3) What are your expectations going forward?
Going into the season I thought 10-2 was the benchmark, but 9-3 would be okay if it ended with a win to end the regular season. Now, in my opinion, it looks like 8-4 is the ceiling. 7-5 is probably most likely, and 6-6 and 5-7 is certainly not out of the question.
