The 35 second shot clock is awful. He's right in that it ruins the game by letting guards play hot potato for 25 seconds and then create off the dribble. I never thought about it, but he's right on post development. Unless you have an elite player like Townes or Okafor, the college game is perimeter oriented right now.
Move the shot clock down to 30 seconds at least and you improve scoring therefore you improve the game.
Also, he's spot on with the variation of how games are called.
