I believe Louisville could be a very interesting choice. The ABA franchise was quite successful, and the area is full of people who appreciate basketball. As far as TV markets Louisville is about 50th, but Lexington is not far behind and you probably pick up some Dayton, etc. Lots of articles on the viability of Louisville.
