I think Mark Jackson is the reason for success. The Warriors had one of the worst records in NBA before he got there. In his 2nd and 3rd season the Warriors had winning record. They were also 2nd in the Pacific. Steve Kerr walked in after Mark Jackson did the hard work. Oh yea and he had a young team, now they are all seasoned.
