Need Electric/ Tech Help….

I have a 2018 Mac Mini and recently bought an LG Ultrafine 4K monitor. The monitor is great but it blinks and gets annoying. Computer isn’t crashing/ restarting. My Mac Mini is plugged into a Panamax 360 (link below). Is that enough power and protection?
