So, I know this is probably a death wish!!! But, is there any good way or should I say any better way to tell the wife it's time to lose some weight? She isn't big on doing exercise or related activities etc.. I jog almost every day to stay some what in shape. She isn't for the heat. She will do a treadmill for a mile here and there but, not enough to make a difference. And another thing is she is diabetic and even her doctor told her she needs to lose some. So, I'm at a lost on what to say or do. Suggestions?
