Biden isn't capable of meeting and Harris will not meet with the Jewish leader, so he's going to meet with his old friend Trump instead. He had already begun his trip before they forced Joe out, pretty embarrassing spot to be put in, but Trump is cleaning it up somewhat. Makes more sense anyway, in the long run.
