Thought both Colorado and NDSU did a poor job with end of game clock management.
With the new clock rules, NDSU should have been in hurry up on their 2nd to last drive but ate clock and kept changing out QBs throughout 2nd half. If they were up, going into 4th, they likely win.
And Colorado could have easily kneed/run the ball to end the game after the PI.
With the new clock rules, you gotta play with more of a sense of urgency and can’t waste timeouts on delay of games. I would take the penalty moreso nowadays.
