Do we think Arkansas finds a friendly lawyer or two, and ties the family up in court, and forces the family to hire a lawyer and either cough up $200k or spend near that much in lawyer fees as a form of punishment? I feel like that wouldn't be that hard, and I doubt the family could find anyone to defend them for free, but Arkansas could.
