With what we are going to see in the CWS....with TX being the furtherest team west and UVA and UK being the northern most teams, this game is now a game played almost exclusively in the Southeast. Moving forward with NIL, I just don't see how the CWS doesn't look this one is going to look most years, with all 8 teams being from the SEC or ACC. Maybe the B10 gets serious about it at some point, and the B12 will occasionally be a player. But overall, I don't see how the West Coast or any other region really competes moving forward.
