As usual, you aren't very aware of what's going on. The judge ruled that his court didn't have jurisdiction and dismissed the case without prejudice... which means the case just needs to be refiled... and will be, of course.

And if the NCAA decides to wait to see what is uncovered during the case, that will push back their decision on Ole Miss by at least a year. Amazing how Ole Miss continues to shoot itself in the foot.
