He is a front runner. He can't handle not being first or at least contending for it. He did it at Florida and with the redskins now with USCE. When it doesn't go the way he expects or wants he quits and says, "Time for somebody else to try."
That's fine but he could have announced this would be his last season but that he would finish the year if that is what SC wanted and help in the transition.
