OL commits PLEASE

We have one. Last class we got two, Howsabout we hold off any other commits till we get some OL!!!!! We are desperate for OL incoming talent, seriously.

There is a lot of DL talent this year, but OL is thin. Hopefully we can flip the Miami commit and give Richt another reason to fume.

I look at the offer list and I don't see many offers much less "warm" towards us. It is dire if you look ar upperclass OL. We just took Cantu from Mem for the 18 OL class , son of alum, but no other offers. We have Buys liking us for '19 he has no offers, brother to Talbot who careered here as a 3rd string. We're committing athletes who caught a ride up for the weekend with someone visiting their cousin and he commits! One commits, decimates, recommits and never been on campus, it makes no sense. We have nothing but 3 start war's looking at us, unlike the 4-5's of bygone days. Sure the class is ranked high now but it's sheer numbers not the quality. Granted we have about 5 who someone else wants, but I am worried. Hope it's for naught but on paper, I'm scared.

You are correct about OL needs, but everyone else puts a premium on them as well. No hurry on their part to commit early. Surely hope all of the safety’s we are recruiting will grow into LBs with speed (or perhaps OL, lol)! ‍♂️

You're right on all points! You'd think a HC who was the OL coach would certainly be wringing his hands. David Johnson has some explanation of the recommit recommit on Spirit if anyone cares.
