When was the last time people actually picked UM to beat Bama in Tuscaloosa, when was the last time UM was considered a threat to anyone in the upper echelon of the SEC. When was the last time other coaches worried about UM on any level. Ole Miss has arrived after decades of mediocrity, Freeze and this administration has made Ole Miss a contender at the very least. Every game now we have the chance to win and not just hope to win but the actuality is we can win. It has been a long time coming, Ole Miss has arrived and we have been noticed on the national stage. Feels good to know we compete to win not just play every game, after Saturday UM football takes another step on the road to being known as a MAJOR player in college football. WIN or lose this team and staff will be hell to contend with in years to come. We WILL be OLE MISS the new gold standard.
