Hume and Shoemaker must be demolished. Take down FedEx Student center too. (Yes, unrealistic)
Create a green space that connects the Grove, Circle and the Stadium. Create a Grove like setting in front of the Stadium and a grand entrance between the Vaught and Arena.
- Hume and Shoemaker do not fit new brick architecture and detract from Circle architecture like Ventress
- Expand tailgate space/ capacity / add Grove infrastructure
- better logistics in and out of stadium
- all the buildings taken down can be anchor to new location/ development with better/ newer building with Ole Miss aesthetic
