OT: any Burlington VT - Bangor ME recs?

Looking for any advice. I’m flying into Burlington, eating dinner- going to a concert, staying the night.

I’ll end up in Bangor Maine a few days later.

Any suggestions on must see sights, can’t miss restaurants, or places to stay along the way? I’m not familiar with that area of the country at all.

I do have my water shoes and swim trunks ready. That’s all I know (flooding)
