OT: Any Chartered Financial Analysts on the boards....

I would like to sign up and take the exam next May. Is it worth it? I currently work in corporate finance and have for some time. I am not sure how helpful a CFA would be or if I should get my MBA. Since college the CFA has been a goal of mine....thanks in advance for any advice.
