My mom was names as one of 5 beneficiaries of my Grandmothers estate, my Mom passed on July 5th now my brother and I are benificares as the estate had not cleared probate. My question is will we have to probate my mom’s will now. She previously did. It have any real property. I have absolutely no experience in this as this is my first parent that has passed.
