OT-best way to for sale by owner in Oxford

Im about to close on two two bed /two bath condos off Molly Barr and was going to keep one to use and try to flip the other after I redo floors, add quartz, and paint. I was going to try to sell myself for 30-45 days and then use my agent if I didn’t get any traffic.

Has anyone had experience FSBO in Oxford ? Any Facebook pages or websites yall could recommend?
