This is sorta related to my previous thread about the proposed minimum wage hike. This CEO's decision resulted in chaos, both good and bad.

I particularly found the following quote interesting:
"Now the people who were just clocking in and out were making the same as me,” he complained. “It shackles high performers to less motivated team members."
I have no idea if that would actually happen or not if the minimum wage increased, but it will be interesting if those that are currently making $15/hour will raise hell that they make the same as janitors and the like...who knows.
