wife took him to the vet and they said there is fluid on his knee and at minimum he has a partial tear of the ACL. Has anyone experienced this? how much should i expect to pay for the surgery? How long was the dog down? Any other advise? Love my little Rebel. 5 years old had him sense 8 weeks.
