OT: Gatlinburg Recs

My wife and I are flying to the Gatlinburg mountains in Tennessee (1st class). We're looking for a Sandals-style all-inclusive that is kid-friendly since my 19 year old stepson is going. Also, any restaurant recommendations that need a reservations? For clarification, my wife has a pork allergy and I'm legally not allowed inside of a Huddle House.
