I'm bored so figured why not start a thread about what's on my mind.
I started going back to the gym recently. I've been an avid runner for the last 6 years but decided I needed to get back into lifting and I'm tired of running in the cold.
My biggest two takeaways after a month of going pretty much everyday.
1. You people that just play on your phone the whole time, and only end up doing 17 reps during your "30 minute workout" are hilarious. Save your gas money on the trip over to the gym. It blows my mind.
2. This is a spinoff of point 1, but I genuinely worry about raising kids after watching some of the entitled, inconsiderate teenagers that roll through the gym. All I can think when I watch it is "My parents would have whipped my ass if they found out I was acting that way".
Rant over.
