RG - I am looking into ways to add a revenue stream or two. As I’ve stated numerous times here, I work in tech and am always on the lookout for layoffs. I’d like to create a way to make my family less dependent on my employer beyond traditional savings.
I have a friend who invested heavily in short term rentals and has been wildly successful. I am considering jumping into it myself. Have any of you done this? What are the major pitfalls? What are some other ways beyond the stock market?
