Anybody have a small riding lawn mower (the ones with the engine behind the seat and 30" deck)? If so, do you feel like it saves you time or just saves you effort?
I'm picky about the yard. Normally, I wouldn't think of making the change to some thing like this, push mowing looks great and I like it. But it takes too much time. I'm picky about the yard and don't want to give up the control of it to a yard guy. But if I can't cut the mowing time down considerably, I'm going to have to hire someone. Typically, lots in my neighborhood wouldn't warrant anything over a push mower, but I've got a corner lot and twice the grass. Just curious if anyone has one of these small riding mowers and if you feel like it saves you time and if it's a pain the ass to maintain.
I know, I know. I could just hire a state grad to cut the grass. I like it, I don't trust anyone else to do it as well, and it's therapeutic for me.
