All I come seeking some help and hope y’all can point me in the right direction. I’m 32 and I’ve noticed some random memory loss or fogginess. It’s hard to describe but it’s almost like when you get up to get something and then forget why you’re in the room but has happened dozens of times in a day before. I’ve prided myself on having a near photographic memory but it’s gone downhill in the past year or so.
For context, my moms dad died at 58 and had all the classic markers of Alzheimer’s but was “too young for that diagnosis.” My dads dad died at 80 after a 10 year battle with Alzheimer’s. I’ve had 4 concussions and have always just joked it’s the cte from playing college football.
Am I reading too much into this and it’s normal or do I actually need to start conversations with my doctor? Also, are there any supplements to get started on that help with this? TIA
