Anyone have this issue when waking up pretty much every morning ? If so, have you found a cure or anything to treat it? New pillows, sleeping position, some stretching routine?
I don't sit at work. I use a standing desk and am mindful of my posture. I'm currently alternating two different PT routines, one for core the other for shoulders.
It's gotta be something to do with my sleep but I'm open to suggestions or any insight.
