Just got diagnosed with Rocky Mountain spotted fever and also had markers for a past Lyme infection (which I guess will always lie latent in my body). Not shocking as I spend a lot of time outside. Sounds like tick borne illnesses are spiking in middle TN according to the doc who did the blood work.
What’s crazy to me is how differently it presents in people. Mine presented as mostly recurring nausea and fever. one of my best buds also just had rmsf and it presented as severe joint pain. Weird.
Anyone else dealing with one?
