RG has almost always delivers so figured it was worth a shot. My wife and I are looking to upsize slightly and prefer the college hill side of town. Looking for 3-4 bed and 2.5-3 bath. The sq ft and layout of the home matter most tbh. Three neighborhoods we love are Tara, Twelve Oaks, and Quail Creek.
