I live 6 1/2 hours away from Oxford. I have season tickets, but can only make about 2 to 3 games a year. Me and my wife will try to take our 3 year old to a small game, then I’ll go to a game just me and her, and then I go to a 3rd with a couple friends, but we like to try to go to an away game every once in a while too, to try and see all the SEC stadiums if we can.
I just like to see how far people travel, and how they determine what games they want to go to throughout the year. Do you try to stay in Oxford or outside of Oxford??
I still say tickets has never been the issue for fans like me (not rich), but I think it’s much more an issue with hotels, and places to stay. That’s what gets you.
It’s the Auburn, Vandy, and Bama games this year for me. (Maybe Troy if I’m feeling froggy week 1.) what about y’all??
