One of our friends basement flooded about two days ago due to her kids playing down in the basement and unplugging the sump pump.............. she _still_ has about 1" of standing water..............what does she need to do in your opinion? I _assume_ this is going to be pretty brutal on her foundation..........ehh?????????

Also, you were coaching me on my "fantom flush" toilet..........I have replaced 3 flappers and it continues to fantom flush. Should I just go to HD and get the entire "kit?"...........
