@Neal McCready ..On Ethiopians running; and all y'all..There is a movie called "The Naked Prey" from 1965 with Cornel Wilde. I know it's not reality but it's fun and serious and not a comedy.
Also for kicks and giggles check out 1964's ZULU ,with a young Michael Cain.. Not as much about running necessarily as just long distances traveled by extremely motivated agitated African tribes... Both great movies to me
