I knew they were doing something, but I did not know it was a brand new house until I saw it driving home through the campus today. I hear they also have the vacant lot next door, so it’s probably going to be KA size (OK, maybe I heard wrong there, but I got that from a wealthy Phi Delt alum and until today I just thought they were adding on using that lot). Any Phi Delts here have a drawing? Neal LOL?
It is rather strange seeing a bulldozer plowing right through the middle of a 2-story house, it’s a bit Animal Housesque-I realize that one is no longer PC LOL. It does throw you for a loop when you were not expecting it.
That makes five houses currently under construction out there, it’s a 21st Century arm’s race between the Greeks. Again, the amount of construction in Oxford/Ole Miss is amazing with much more to come.
